Foamed insulated profile shutter

The industrial insulated foamed profile rolling shutter is constructed of double sheet metal elements insulated with high-density polyurethane foaming, height 91mm, thickness 5/10 galvanized or painted RAL-like colors white 9002, brown 8014 and green 6005; painted aluminum version thickness 5/10 in RAL-like colors white 9002, brown 8014 and green 6005.

Vertical sliding in 60-80x32mm “U” rails 15/10 thick; with nylon slat stops, shaft supports (fixed flags), winding shaft with springs, anti-friction seals and nylon invitation.

Manual or electric operation (coaxial motorization) or in the case of large dampers-.
Constructed of insulated elements with high-density polyurethane foaming of 91 mm height in steel and finitu.e with suitable “g” press-bent storm runners with brackets and supporting brackets, winding shaft made of SS tube of suitable section.

Electrically operated (direct-drive side drive or chain-driven postponement depending on size) man-present.

Fenestration with double inner outer polycarbonate insert. Side retainers made of nylon anti-slip and to reduce friction with Class 3 certification up to 7000mm width Thermal transmittance (W/(mqxK)) 4.46 Noise reduction about 21dB
