Industrial sectional door automation

Industrial sectional door automations are distinguished by their quiet operation, high power and extended life cycle.

The gearboxes have a one-piece die-cast aluminum housing and are made with special bronze helical screws. Through the use of special lubricants, the gearboxes are lubricated for life. The electric motor guarantees a long life cycle and ensures quiet and vibration-free operation in any position.

All industrial sectional door drives are equipped with a limit switch system based on a high-resolution absolute encoder. Depending on customer requirements, our automations can be supplied with 25.44 mm or 31.75 mm hollow shafts.

The automations are available in variants with emergency crank (H), emergency chain (C) or emergency release (D). As an option, GIGAsedo series automations are also available with a maintenance release (M).

Man-present function
Thanks to the control unit built into the automation, the standard electronic limit switches can be programmed to operate with any type of three-stage pushbutton available on the market today. The pushbuttons, thanks to innovative control technology, no longer require internal logic. It is possible to choose whether to operate the door with man-present mode in both
directions or with automatic stop in the opening direction.
