Multi-use fire door

The multi-purpose fire door is supplied to order with DX or SX opening hand made with 1.5-mm-thick assembled angle frame provided with clamps for walling or holes for dowel installation.

Total leaf thickness 60 mm.
Door leaf made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet with interposed high-density insulation in alternating layers of rigid rock wool.
Stop flap on the 2 vertical sides and on the upper side of 25mm.
Steel sealing rostrums on the sash and polyamide rostrums inserted in the frame on the hinge side of the door
Standard lock with cylinder hole and insert for patent type key.
Black color accident-prevention handle with steel core.
Two hinges, one of which is spring-loaded for self-closing.
Internal reinforcements in the structural stiffening leaf for possible subsequent attachment of panic bars and overhead door closers.
Black thermo-expanding gasket width mm 28 inserted in the appropriate channel of the frame.
Door finish with water-based semi-gloss embossed type painting standard shade RAL 7035 gray.

Door without lower rebate supplied with a spacer to be detached after installation and with opening direction to be indicated.

Painting

The doors are epoxy powder coated in standard RAL 1013 color.

On request they are painted in the following colors from the RAL range:
