Overhead Door Model 65

The Model 65 metal overhead door is a construction site door that minimizes side encumbrances.
The door is easy to assemble because it arrives pre-assembled at the construction site, easy to motorize because it is well balanced.

It is made with a galvanized perimeter frame with 65 mm side uprights, equipped with vertical guides, and 105 mm top crossbeam.
Movable leaf with mantle made with 6/10 or 8/10 thick slats inserted externally and welded to the internal reinforcing omegas.

Can be ordered with ventilation louvers.
It is supplied with a parachute device in case of rope breakage and nylon handle and safety lock.
Side and top fanlight covers on request.
Manual or electric drive.
All motorized overhead doors comply with EN 13241-1.

Telescopic arm motor
Great versatility of use with the irreversible counterweight overhead door actuator (applicable to any door model). Manual, or emergency, opening from the inside through the release knob located on the gearmotor, or, from the outside, if the shed does not have secondary exit ways, with release applicable to the "espagnolette" of the overhead door. Electric-type limit switches stop the door with extreme precision, both when opening and closing.
Maximum anti-crushing safety guaranteed by an electronic torque limiter, integrated in the control panel, with adjustment of functional parameters. Equipped with rolling-code radio receiver and suitable for controlling one or two actuators of the same series. Possibility of having continuity of service, in case of power failure, thanks to a set of buffer batteries (optional kit). Innovative feature of slowdown management, in opening and closing, selectable directly on the control panel.

Varnishing

The overhead door leaves the processing cycle with a galvanized finish.
