REI 120 reversible door

REI 120 reversible fire door is made of 0.8mm-thick galvanized steel sheet with interposed high-density insulation in alternating layers of rigid rock wool and special fire resistance and insulation material.

Total sash thickness 60mm.
25mm rebate flap on the 4 sides so as to also have the upper sash cover.
Four-sided 1.5-mm-thick corner frame provided with folding brackets for wall installation and pre-drilled for installation with dowels type Würth 0910 110 112 = Ø 10 x 112 mm (not included) or for installation with false frame.
Hidden incision for reduction after choosing the opening hand of one of the short sides of the frame to lower laying spacer.
Two screws secure the spacer to be removed after laying.
It is also possible and approved for installation with lower stop, without reduction and removal of the lower part of the frame
Standard lock with cylinder hole and reversible patent type key insert.
Black color accident-prevention handle with steel core.
Steel sealing rostrums on the door leaf and polyamide rostrums inserted in the frame on the hinge side of the door
Black thermo-expanding gasket 28 mm wide inserted in the special channel on the four sides of the frame to be drilled from the outside through the holes on the frame in case of installation with dowels or on false frame.
Door finish with semi-gloss water-based type paint embossed standard shade RAL 7035 gray.

Fixing on false frame

False frame made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel Z-profile dimensions 28x52.5x20 mm with 4 clamps on each vertical side to be folded and immured.
Prepared with 8 holes for subsequent attachment of right or left hand frame by self-tapping screws type ST 6.3 x 38 (included).
Supplied disassembled and individually packaged to reduce the risk of damage and contain transport and storage costs, prepared for easy assembly by screws (included).
Can be supplied assembled upon request.
