GIGAroll series industrial shutter door automations are equipped with powerful gearboxes made with the latest mechanical technologies.

In combination with the GIGAcontrol A automatic control unit, the automations can be used in many different ways. The market demands products with low-tolerance worm gears, integrated stop systems and efficient electromotors made in the usual Sommer quality.

With chain or crank devices and electric limit switches as standard, all customer requirements can be met at all times. Pushbuttons, thanks to innovative control technology, no longer require internal logic. It is possible to choose whether to operate the door with deadman mode in both directions or with stop automatic in the opening direction.

Deadman operation

Thanks to the control unit built into the automation, the standard electronic limit switches can be programmed to operate with any type of three-stage push button available on the market today. The pushbuttons, thanks to the innovative technology
control, no longer require internal logic.

It is possible to choose whether to operate the door with dead man mode in both directions or with automatic stop in the opening direction.
